How to become a successful and famous entrepreneur

Join the Startup Race and League Of Entrepreneurs famous entrepreneur ama sessions to see how you can become a successful and famous entrepreneur

Would you like to know how you can become a successful and famous entrepreneur? If there was a recipe you could follow to become a famous entrepreneur like Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Kevin Hartz, or Phil Libin, wouldn’t you follow it? I know I would.

If I were to write down a recipe for becoming a famous entrepreneur it would probably have the following steps:

  1. Have an idea that you believe it can change the world or a part of the world.
  2. Make it into a business and take action until you have lots and lots of customers.
  3. Use media to inspire and help people to follow your example.

A one fits all success recipe doesn’t exist

Probably you would follow such a recipe, but unfortunately, we are almost certain that such a recipe doesn’t exist. At least a “one fits all” recipe.

What does exists though are famous entrepreneurs whom you can talk to. You can benefit from their experiences and avoid their mistakes.

Before you talk to a famous entrepreneur

You will need to plan what type of questions you would ask a famous and successful entrepreneur before you come in touch with them. You also need to convince them that you worth ten or twenty minutes of their time and make sure you stick to a schedule.

Even if you get to talk to a successful entrepreneur there is always the possibility that you don’t ask the right questions such as how to grow through traction; in my experience, personally, I did the mistake in the beginning of my career asking successful entrepreneurs and investors naive questions such as “would you invest in my business”. The truth is that except if you’re very lucky no-one is going to invest in your business if you have no traction to prove that people pay for what you offer.

How can you meet a famous entrepreneur

Nowadays it’s easier than ever before to talk to a successful and famous entrepreneur from anywhere at any time; all you need is an internet connection and an invitation.

You can also meet successful entrepreneurs when you attend business networking events. You can listen to them sharing their experiences through presentations, and even giving answers to questions from the crowd. The problem is that what they share is very general and often times does not apply to you and your business.
